Welcome to Genzwar! (Vadhando Easybiznus Pvt. Ltd), incorporated in Mumbai and registered in April 2024, is led by our visionary directors, Vishal Nathani and Leena Nathani.

Genzwar provides a platform for manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers to connect and transact online. Our services include vendor connectivity, access to a wide range of products, scalability opportunities, and digital finance integration.
3. User Registration
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Vendor Connectivity
Genzwar facilitates direct interaction between vendors but does not aim to eliminate intermediaries. We encourage the onboarding of all levels of manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers to utilize our platform to resolve existing business problems.
5. Product Range
We partner with leading brands and local suppliers to offer a diverse selection of footwear and fashion apparel. Users acknowledge that product availability may vary.
6. Scalability
We aim to onboard over 100x vendors within the next three years, enabling all users to sell online across multiple platforms while achieving higher growth through access to supply chain finance.
7. Digital Finance Integration
Genzwar collaborates with NBFCs and banking partners to offer vendors seamless access to digital finance options. Users are responsible for complying with the terms set forth by these financial partners.
8. User Responsibilities
Users agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes.
Users are responsible for any content they upload and must ensure it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, logos, brand names, and product images displayed on our platform are the property of their respective owners. We do not claim any ownership over these intellectual properties. Their use on our platform is solely for identification purposes and to facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers.
10. Authenticity & Authorized Sellers
The products listed on our marketplace are sold by authorized sellers of the respective brands. We ensure that all sellers comply with the brand’s guidelines and maintain product authenticity. However, the responsibility for the quality, warranty, and legitimacy of the products remains with the sellers. If you have concerns regarding a product’s authenticity, please contact us immediately.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Genzwar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services provided.
