How do I update my shipping address?
Log in to your Genzwar account, go to the Shipping Address section, and update your details.
Can I return my clothes if they don't fit?
If the product does not fit, you can request an exchange. After approval by our support team, Genzwar will provide an exchange.
What payment options does Genzwar accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), PayPal, and net banking.

What is the refund policy of Genzwar.com?
Genzwar does not offer cash refunds. Instead, we provide:
- Exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
- Store credit/cashback credited to your Genzwar wallet (after applicable deductions)
Once approved, the exchanged item will be shipped at no additional cost.
How many days does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 7–10 business days, depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is available on select products or orders above a specified value (shown at checkout). Otherwise, shipping charges depend on location and product weight.
What are the conditions for return?
Returns are accepted only for:
- Damaged products
- Defective products
- Incorrect items shipped
Requests must be made within 2 business days of delivery.
What is the process for exchange?

- Clear photos of the product

Yes. Genzwar offers inclusive sizing for men and women. Please refer to the size guide on each product page.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing them or before shipment (whichever is earlier).
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within India to select pincodes.
