3. Eligibility for Exchange

  • No Question asked - if the product does not match your requirements, no question asked we will provide you one time free exchange from our side.
  • Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, you are eligible for an exchange.
  • Incorrect Products: If the product you received does not match what you ordered, you can return it for an exchange .
  • Timeframe: All requests for exchanges or must be initiated within 2 business days from the date of delivery.

4. Process for Exchange

  • Drop-in email, we will reachout to you within 48 hours.
  • In your request, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos of the product.
  • after reviewing your request the Shoemato support team will process the exchange request subject to clause 5 of the exchange policy.

5. Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for exchange, including:

  • Items that have been used or altered

6. Processing Time for Exchanges

  • Upon approval for exchange email request, the exchanged item will be shipped to you at no additional cost. Once we receive the initial order item, please allow up to 3 business days for processing your exchange and shipping the new item.

Genzwar reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via our website or email.
